I've refrained from commenting on the recent announcement of redundancies-to-be at Northern Rock out of apathy. After more than six months of procrastination, the powers-that-be have decided to run with the figures that the
Telegraph accurately predicted back in October 2007. What a crock. It makes one wonder what else has been planned from the very beginning but is yet to see the light of day...
